Yunnan Museum to learn something about ethnic groups
in Yunnan, fly to Mangshi and drive to Ruili on
Burma border. |

Visit
the thousand year old Leizhuangxia Temple, the Dai
villages, Ruili River and the market on the border. |

Drive
to Tengchong via rainforests and villages of Jingpo
& Anchang people. |

Visit
the village of Heshun and bathing in the hot springs. |

Day
trip to Mt. Yunfeng to visit a Taoist temple on
its peak, explore the local villages. |

Bus
ride to Dali via the Salween and Mekong rivers. |

Boat
trip on Erhai Lake with visits to the Bai villages
on the other side of it, take cable car up to Mt.
Cangshan. |

Xizhou Morning Market, traditional Bai architecture,
enjoy Three Courses Tea Ceremony with dancing, visit
the Three Pagodas. |

Black Dragon Pool, Yuhu village where explorer Dr.
Joseph Rock lived, drive to Puji village and walk
through pine forest to Puji Monastery. |
